"I'm a Ruin" es una canción de Marina and The Diamonds de su tercer álbum de estudio, FROOT. En enero se reveló parte del coro de la canción cuando Marina subió un vídeo a Instagram adelantando lo que sería la coreografía del vídeo.
La canción fue reproducida por primera vez el 27 de enero en el programa de radio de Huw Stephens (Radio 1) y la canción fue lanzada el 2 de febrero. I'm a Ruin es también el primer sencillo del álbum.
